Seventy percent of our bodies consist of water. We are not solid; we are in constant flow.

Psychologically water symbolises emotions, fluidity, adaptability, purification, unconscious, serenity, and nurturing.


How We Adapt

Our bodies have an incredible capacity to adapt. If we didn’t feel loved, of course we closed our hearts.

If we didn’t feel safe in our bodies, of course we dissociated. If we didn’t feel seen, of course we withdrew from life.

As much as those unconscious decisions were necessary at the time, they left us feeling empty and disconnected from our natural flow of life.


The Flow of Life

Life is always moving and flowing. We cannot step into the same river twice.

In this class, we will allow the spontaneity of our inner flow to emerge without restriction.

We will allow those rigid parts of ourselves to melt and move so that we can find the much-needed safety we seek.

We will let the healing waters of our bodies to comfort, nourish, and rejuvenate us. 



What do I need to know? You don’t need any prior experience. All you need is your willingness to show up and move. And maybe a bottle of water. Wear something comfortable so that you can move with ease.




What is a movement class?

Movement classes offer personal development through movement. Each session encourages a connection with your body, explores emotions, and accesses the wisdom of your soul.

By integrating mindful embodied practices and conscious dance, these classes promote holistic integration, emotional release, authenticity, and inner harmony.

Movement practices have their roots in body-centered psychotherapy and have evolved over the years to incorporate various techniques aimed at emotional regulation and expression.

These practices include:
