North Star as a Symbol

Since the beginning of time, travelers have looked to the North Star to find their way home.

A single, steady light in the vastness of the night sky that is constant and ancient.

In many myths, it’s the star of destiny that knows the path long before we do. Inside each of us, there is a North Star too.

A guiding light that is always pulling us toward what our soul came here to live.

Most of the time we don’t notice it. We fight it, or doubt it, or feel we need follow someone else’s roads. And somehow, we always find ourselves exactly where we need to be.


Guiding Light 

Our inner light is always guiding us softly and silently. This class is an invitation to listen to it. To move and breathe and remember the thread that has always been weaving us forward.

To feel into those moments when we were at the crossroads, when we took the wild leaps, when something greater carried you without you even knowing.

Sometimes our ego has its wishes, its plans, its timelines… but the North Star holds a different map. The one that leads us to the highest unfolding of our soul.

When we root deeply into our own body, into our ground, we make space for that guidance to come through more clearly.

The North Star doesn’t shout. It shines. And when we give it ground, we can feel its pull leading us to the highest potential of our being.



What is a movement class?

Movement classes offer personal development through movement. Each session encourages a connection with your body, explores emotions, and accesses the wisdom of your soul.

By integrating mindful embodied practices and conscious dance, these classes promote holistic integration, emotional release, authenticity, and inner harmony.

Movement practices have their roots in body-centered psychotherapy and have evolved over the years to incorporate various techniques aimed at emotional regulation and expression.
