This will be an ongoing group where each session provides you with the opportunity to explore your inner world, uncover hidden patterns, and engage in deeply personal processes.

The group setting holds space for individual experience while offering a sense of community and shared growth. Each session is designed to support your unique journey toward your Self.

After each session you will receive a bonus session of somatic dance practice to help you ground and embody your process.
