This is a space to move, feel, and be. A space where we drop into the to inhabit ourselves more fully.
Sensuality as Receptivity
We’ll explore sensuality as deep receptivity: the art of perceiving through the body. Moving with presence. Tasting texture. Feeling breath, skin, sound, weight, aliveness.
Sensuality, here, is the capacity to be with sensation, with emotion, with subtlety. As if our skin becomes more transparent and the world can touch us more clearly. We become a body that receives.
Eros
We’ll also explore the energy of eros not in its sexual expression, but in its deeper function, Eros as the bridge between love and sex, the current that moves us toward truth, union, and creation.
It carries longing, direction, and a sacred longing to merge with life, with self, with other.
In this class, we won’t explore sexuality directly, but we will welcome the presence of eros as part of our energetic landscape.
We will notice where the body opens, where it reaches, where it rises and directs every, where it softens without needing to act, interpret, or explain. Simply being with what is.
No previous experience needed. All bodies are welcome. Come as you are.
