Dreams are a part of our consciousness, connected to the mystery of life and our innermost Self. Through dreams, we can explore realms beyond our waking mind and personality, facing and transforming shadow aspects within us.

Healing doesn’t always need to happen when we’re awake. Understanding dreams can be challenging. We often focus on the story or characters, which may seem illogical.

To truly understand, we need to look beyond mental interpretations and connect with the emotions of the dream.

Our higher consciousness guides us through dreams, even if we’re not always aware. By revisiting dreams in a waking state, we can communicate with different parts or characters within them.
