Usually, we live locked inside our identities where we feel like we can live only certain standards in life, based on our background, education, status, or self-worth.


The Essence of Creation

However, inside of us, lives the true Creator that we are. The Creator just is. That part of us doesn’t need to win in life, compensate for our old pains, or to be recognized.

They want to create the magic and the beauty that we can experience and embody.

In this class, we will allow ourselves to surrender to The Creator and become their brush. We will consciously step into the true vision and the dream that Creator has for us.

We will allow this dream to move us, swirl through us, and live in our bodies with our full presence. True manifestation doesn’t need to come in a form of a bigger house, lover, or a dream job. Although it can. It is a matter of what is our core desire underneath.

Do we wish to create from the patterns of lack, that inevitably only brings more misery, or from our true innermost desire to live and to fully embody our highest potentials?



Manifestation

True manifestation is to become the Creator’s brush and accept experiences as Creator sees them, with presence. To be present, fully and unconditionally, means that we go beyond time and space and embody our divine nature in the humbleness of our human experience.



What is a movement class?

Movement classes offer personal development through movement. Each session encourages a connection with your body, explores emotions, and accesses the wisdom of your soul.

By integrating mindful embodied practices and conscious dance, these classes promote holistic integration, emotional release, authenticity, and inner harmony.

Movement practices have their roots in body-centered psychotherapy and have evolved over the years to incorporate various techniques aimed at emotional regulation and expression.
